gran obra d'art, impressionant!

caramels, petites joguines o adhesius.

As you can see we have a celebration. This time the here
of the day was the smallest child of the house. He was one year older. So we
prepared a birthday party for him.
On this day his wishes became true
because the birhtday hero wanted a police car (poliisiauto) as a birthday cake.
So his mother made this great work of art, amazing! The typical birthday cake
has three layers: there is banana and
whipped cream between the first and second layer and strawberries and whipped
cream between the second and third layer. The cover of this cake was made of
marzipan in different colours, so the cake was fully edible. Congratulations for the mother, because the
cake was very good :)
Before we ate the cake, the
guests sang the birthday song. Then the birthday hero blew the candels on the cake. Here is the
birthday song in diferent Language and
they have the same rhythm. So I encourage you to try singing it in Catalan or Spanish
;)

The other typical birthday game is called
"onginta", fishing. But not fishing the fish (kala) in the fantastic
lakes in Finland; this time it is the children fishing surprises in the form of
a lucky dip. The children go up high in such a place, that has some space for
fishing below it, for example a balcony. You can even play this game using just
a curtain screen; the idea is that the children will not see what they are
fishing. In this game, you need a "fishing rod" (any stick will do),
a small basket and a string that is tied between the rod and the basket. To
play this game, each child throws the little basket down (or behind the curtain
screen) and waits for the basket to "dive" (indicatind the fish
bite). Then he or she picks up the basket with the surprise inside. Usually the
surprises are candies, small toys or stickers. Each child will then repeat the
fishing action in turns, until there is nothing in the basket.
